The property is not well maintained. It is a bit run-down. Breakfast service was not good. They are supposed to start breakfast at 7.30. The buffet was not ready even by 8.15. Housekeeping is also average. The towels are not clean. They had stains.

Hotel rooms are quite old. Basic necessities were missing. The cleanliness was also not up to the mark. It may be Ok as a business hotel, but not for personal travel. Staff is courteous

staff was very friendly and co operative, especially swatantra ji in the reception area was very humble and polite . room service was good , Few mosquitos in the room but hotel staff provided wit allout . overall Good experience.

The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Also the chairs in the room had dirty spots on which one could not sit. After asking the bedsheets to be changed, again dirty sheets were brought saying that these are the only ones left.

The room staff entered the room without knocking. The door was locked and he used the master key to unlock the gate from outside. Upon confronting he said that they weren’t sure if the room was occupied so were checking of it. My question is if you’re unsure then isn’t that a common sense to knock before entering?

Worst stay ever. Completely different from the picture . Broken furniture and chipped walls. It should be a two star or 1 star property. It looks good only from the outside. From inside the rooms are extremely dirty bedsheets have turned grey seems like they are 20 years old and side tables are broken. They have 303 room which is atleast liveable rest we changed almost 3 rooms with the same problems.

I recently stayed at ishanika hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The check-in process was seamless, and they went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring i got a great night's sleep
